I selected this picture frame because it had glass and not plexiglass and it is a wood frame. I am really happy with the quality and will definitely order more frame from The Display Guys. I recommend this frame.Perfect for the new configuration of my pictures.I had a sheet of star trek stamps that didn't have a home. This fit the bill and I didn't have to leave the house.This frame was well packed. It had double layers of foam sheets, cardboard and corner protectors. The color was nice. The only slight flaw was two drops of glue or paint on the front of the frame. They scraped off with my finger nail, but I was worried it would mar the surface. Overall, I am pleased with the frame.Ordered from the same company, the larger frame to place a 12 x 18 photo in. Must have missed the part that said the mat was creamy white. Disappointing to say the least. I paid over 100. for two of these frames and the wood, is are not the same texture as the smaller frames, which are smooth. The bigger frame has a grainy texture to the wood. l was trying to make a matching art gallery, all with white mats with the same frame texture. Now I have to go to my local store and spend another 40.00 dollars on white mats. Wish I could send them back as that's how disappointed I am for spending the money I did and not getting the product I wanted, white mats and smooth frames. Other than that, these are nice frames and certainly would buy them again if it was the type of frame I was needing.Excellent customer service.
