I ordered this frame at the beginning of May 2020, after completing an extremely difficult puzzle. My husband and I agreed we needed to preserve the fruits of our labor.I found the perfect frame, for the right price. Our order was shipped just a couple days after the order was placed. Unfortunately, it was then lost during shipping. I contacted the seller (Picture Frame Factory Outlet) and they confirmed the frame had been shipped but was likely stuck at one of the FedEx warehouses. Some more time went by, and I contacted the seller again. They agreed to expedite sending a new package without charge.I am super pleased with what we received. The frame itself is made of very sturdy wood, and painted with quality black paint. The back is solid cardboard, held in place by very strong bendable clips. They provide a silver and a gold hanger, to attach in the position of your choice. The protective front is flexible plexiglass, which was a nice surprise, as I was afraid of the glass breaking during shipping transit.Once my husband and I find the right spot, I cannot wait to display our puzzle masterpiece.All of the communication with customer service was very professional and courteous. I would definitely consider purchasing from the Picture Frame Factory Outlet again.
